Rob and Sophie are two photographers living in Victoria BC. We own and operate a Photography Studio called SophiePhoto.

Skimboarding!

Down at Whitty's Lagoon the other day, shortly before the last day of school. The beach was filled with frolicking kids but this guy was a the centre of it all as far as I was concerned.


Crazy what he could do with that board!



I can't decide what I like best about these images. Of course the stunts and tricks are even cooler when they are frozen in time but I have to say the looks on the other kids watching are almost as much fun!


He makes it look too easy!



It is as if the board was glued to his feet!


My sons took inspiration from the day and are now on the road to becoming pretty good skim-boarders in the own right!
